Commission Details

The basis of the distribution of commissions to clients shall be as follows:

At the close of business on the last working day of the month the commissions collected in the Client Account shall be calculated.

Not less than 50% of the commissions so earned shall be made available for
distribution to participating clients.

Not later than 21 days after the relevant month end OEC will pay to the client their proportion of the commission due, save that I that proportion shall be les than £25 it will be carried forward, to the credit of that client, until such time as the payment exceeds £25.

The basis of distribution to Clients shall be as set out in the Schedule below. Nothing in this agreement shall preclude OEC from amending the basis of the distribution to Clients save that no alteration shall be made which reduces the Client's participation to less than 50% of the relevant commissions. OneExtraClick seek to keep costs to a minimum - for the benefit of all parties concerned. To this end all commissions dealings will be treated on a cash basis and no apportionments or accruals made.

OEC may at its absolute discretion distribute more than 50% of the relevant commissions.

To qualify for any distribution the Client must display the OEC link prominently on its web site throughout the relevant month. Exceptionally for the first joining month OEC may, at its discretion, allow new joiners to qualify for that month's distribution.

SCHEDULE

Clients will be awarded "points" reflecting the longevity of their participation in the scheme and their promotion of it. For each month the Client is a member of the scheme one point (up to a maximum of 6) will be awarded. In addition if the Client emails their membership during the month, promoting the site, a further two points shall be awarded. At the end of the month the points of all participating clients will be totalled and the distribution made pro-rata to each client.
